Manufacturing Supervisor (12 hours shift)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across assigned production lines, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.

• Manage production schedules, work orders, batch records, shift handovers, timesheets, and operational documentation to ensure efficient manufacturing execution.

• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Logistics teams to resolve production issues, optimise workflow, and meet customer commitments.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain and update work instructions, and ensure adherence to GMP, quality standards, and company policies.

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams through structured training, performance management, career development, and ongoing technical guidance.

• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational challenges, optimise resource utilisation, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering

• At least 5 years in production operations

• 12 hours shift
