Job Scope (Will be trained in billing first)

Billing:

  • Handling billing matters for operations
  • Handle queries and emails with regards to hospital bills

Coordination:

  • Confirming with Clinics / departments on operations
  • Coordinating with OT ferry team on when to fetch and send patients
  • Candidates have to be comfortable working in a fast pace and high tension environment
