We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead and oversee the organisation's IT function, supporting business operations within a growing, mission-critical environment. This is an opportunity to drive technology strategy, enhance IT operations, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise systems while partnering closely with business stakeholders to support continued regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee network, cloud, systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, and technology projects.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver scalable technology solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Background in data centres, critical infrastructure, or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
