Corporate Product Manager

Join a dynamic team as a Product Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies and enhancing corporate banking solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-implementation review.

• Drive the development and enhancement of banking products and digital solutions.

• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely product delivery and compliance with regulations.

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for product implementation and enhancement.

• Participate in product implementation projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on feedback and market trends.

• Maintain product-related policies, procedures, and documentation to meet compliance standards.

• Support product commercialization through the development of marketing materials and proposals.

• Conduct product training and provide ongoing support to internal teams.

• Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking, corporate banking, or a related field.

• Prior experience in credit analysis, corporate lending, and loan documentation is advantageous.

• Basic familiarity with corporate banking products, including loans and trade finance.

• Strong financial statement analysis skills and understanding of credit risk factors.

• Awareness of KYC, AML/CFT, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Experience in credit-related roles within banks or financial institutions is an added advantage.
