Patient Recruiter (Healthcare|CRU)

Location: Buona Vista

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: Up to S$4,300

Job Responsibilities

• Execute participant recruitment activities for clinical research studies based on study-specific recruitment plans.
• Contact and engage potential volunteers, provide study overviews, and answer general enquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate screening appointments for eligible participants.
• Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and outreach initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment events, publicity campaigns, and external engagement activities to enhance participant enrollment.
• Maintain and update volunteer recruitment databases and ensure accurate records.
• Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and metrics in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support participant scheduling and recruitment operations.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service when interacting with clinical trial participants and the public.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service, telemarketing, call centre, recruitment, or healthcare-related experience will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
