Job Title: Temp Staff - MS&D/MMPS (3-Month Contract)

Salary

• Degree (No work experience): S$22.23 per hour(approximately S$4,238.00 per month)

Contract Duration

• 7 September 2026 to 6 December 2026

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• One-hour lunch break
• Five-day work week (Office-based)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Funding calculations for the post-graduate medical education.

• Reconciliation of funds disbursement for post-graduate medical education. This will involve the need for excellent Excel skills for the manipulation of data fields in the thousands.

• Compliance checks for residency funding based on the verification of supporting documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

• Specialist manpower projections.

• General administrative matters and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accountancy. Candidates with qualifications in other fields of study will also be considered.

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good writing skills.
