Support and enhance the site's EHS management system, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health regulations
Organise and conduct EHS training and awareness programmes
Coordinate monthly workplace safety, health, environmental, and fire safety meetings
Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and near misses
Monitor regulatory updates and implement EHS best practices
Support other EHS initiatives and projects as assigned
