Procurement Associate (IT) | Up to $6,000 | Marina One

Salary up to $6,000

Permanent role

Prime CBD location – Marina One

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase requisitions to purchase orders
Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to achieve the best value, quality, and delivery timelines
Procure IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and technology-related services
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Coordinate delivery logistics for technology equipment and hardware shipments
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Work closely with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing
Support regional procurement projects and reporting across APAC
Assist the Procurement Manager with strategic sourcing initiatives and ad hoc projects

MIN 3–5 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on technology procurement (hardware, software, infrastructure)
