BIM Modeller

• Develop and manage BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems in building projects (ME12)
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and clash-free designs.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, and schedules using Revit or similar software.
• Support project teams in design coordination and clash detection.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, codes, and regulations.

4. Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5 years and above relevant BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary works.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or equivalent BIM software.
• Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and standards is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
