Quantity Surveyor (A1 Infrastructure Civil)

Join a reputable A1 contractor involved in major developments across Singapore. Due to business growth, they are hiring Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors for multiple openings. Tender and Project QS vacancies available.

What you will do

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and quantity take-offs for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and evaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor proposals.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payment certifications.
• Prepare progress claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project expenditures and provide regular cost reports to management.
• Work closely with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate commercial risks.
• Assist in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of project records.

What you will need

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
