Human Resources Business Partner

Are you passionate about driving people strategies and partnering with business leaders to create a high-performing workplace? We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support business objectives through strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that support operational and organizational goals.
• Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Provide HR guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
• Support recruitment initiatives by working closely with hiring managers to attract and onboard suitable talent.
• Coach and advise managers on HR policies, employee matters, and people management practices.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Work closely with regional and corporate HR teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver effective HR solutions.
• Participate in strategic workforce planning and contribute to the site's overall HR strategy.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support HR projects and undertake other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and talent management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
