Deputy/Contracts Manager (A1 Main Con, Infrastructure projects)

Our client is a reputable A1 main contractor renowned for delivering a wide range of standout projects, including mixed-use developments, residential complexes, commercial properties and MRT projects.

There are multiple opportunities for tender or project Contracts Manager vacancies for the civil infrastructure team (LTA and non-LTA projects available).

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments.
• Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts.
• Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
• Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters.
• Maintain and update contract documentation and records.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contract management in infrastructure projects
