Technical Design Engineer (A1 Main Con, MRT projects)

Join a leading A1 main contractor involved in the delivery of prominent projects across Singapore. They are looking for Senior / Civil & Structural / Technical Design Engineers to support design coordination and project delivery. There are also opportunities to be involved in the tendering of projects. Successful candidates will gain exposure to large-scale projects, with certain roles operating on a 5-day work week.

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance in the design, review, and coordination of civil and structural components for construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all structural designs meet required specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure full compliance with design and project requirements.
• Prepare and deliver engineering calculations, reports, drawings, and technical documentation for project designs.
• Contribute to value engineering efforts to develop efficient, cost-effective, and practical design solutions.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Ideally possess a PE Board recognized degree)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, design coordination or project management
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior level position
