Staff Nurse (Oncology)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and chaperone doctors during consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions to ensure safe and effective care.
• Deliver timely, professional nursing care while responding appropriately to patients' medical needs and emergencies.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Support clinical operations, staff development initiatives, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and healthcare standards.
• Perform other nursing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Interest in oncology nursing and delivering quality patient care.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
