Clinical Research Coordinator

Be part of a dedicated clinical research team supporting studies that contribute to advancements in healthcare and medical innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with investigators, research teams, and study participants while ensuring clinical trials are conducted with accuracy, compliance, and the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research activities including patient recruitment, screening, enrolment, and follow-up according to study protocols.
• Work closely with investigators and research teams to support study objectives and enrolment targets.
• Explain study procedures, requirements, and eligibility criteria to participants while ensuring proper informed consent processes are followed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Review source documents and ensure accurate, complete, and timely data entry into case report forms and electronic data capture systems.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain essential study documentation, regulatory files, and research records.
• Track study progress, monitor protocol deviations, adverse events, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
• Coordinate study materials, research supplies, and investigational products where applicable.
• Liaise with investigators, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of clinical studies.
• Participate in study meetings, investigator meetings, and research discussions as required.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold high standards of clinical research practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in clinical research, clinical trial coordination, research administration, or healthcare research environments will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical research regulations, and ethical guidelines is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
