PROJECT COORDINATOR (CONSTRUCTION)

Established since 1997, Microtac Systems Pte Ltd is a major supplier and installer for access floor systems in Singapore. We are a key solutions provider for the building industry, with our extensive range of products including access floor systems, floor coverings, static control systems as well as carpets and self-levelling compounds.

JOB SCOPE

• Organise, supervise and manage project execution.
• Attend site meeting to co-ordinate contract and technical matters with main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.
• Plan, organise and monitor daily activities on site and report to management on progress and highlight any issues.
• Supervise and monitor the deployment of workers and sub-contractors.
• Planning the work, organizing tools and site facilities efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Nitec in Building, Civil engineering or relevant field.
• Preferably with relevant work experience in building /civil engineering industry. Fresh graduate without experience may also apply.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal, communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge of CAD, MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Project
