Aircon Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Technician to join our team, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and institutional settings. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, and central HVAC setups
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using appropriate tools and testing equipment
• Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot issues on-site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service outcomes
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding system status, repair options, and preventive care
• Collaborate with other technicians and facility teams to ensure optimal climate control
