Sales Coordinator (East, 5 Days, $3.3k) - Bonus twice yearly + quarterly incentive!

Salary: $3,300

Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5:30pm)

Work Location: East (walking distance from MRT station)

Work Terms: Full-Time Permanent with excellent benefits - twice yearly bonus, quarterly incentive and annual profit sharing

Industry: Electrical components distributor

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.

• Process sales orders, purchase requests, invoices and delivery arrangements using the ERP system.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide responsive support.

• Resolve customer enquiries and service issues promptly.

• Source products and support procurement activities.

• Maintain accurate sales and order records in accordance with company procedures.

• Utilize AI and digital tools to improve productivity and customer service.

• Support process improvements and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)

• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of CRM or digital platforms is a plus

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to learn new technologies including AI tools
