Job Summary

Shalom Medcare Pte. Ltd. seeks an Operations & Transport Coordinator to manage healthcare transport logistics, coordinate driver schedules, communicate with clients and medical facilities, and support operational driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily transport and trip schedules for medical transport services to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Serve as the primary contact for hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centers, and clients to facilitate clear communication and service coordination
• Manage real-time operational challenges by handling emergency dispatches and planning driver coverage to maintain service continuity
• Complete administrative tasks including billing submissions, trip logging, and ensuring compliance with PDPA regulations
• Assist with operational driving duties as needed to support transport services

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence and BDVL Licence to perform emergency driver relief and coverage duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and medical facilities
• Apply crisis-handling skills to resolve operational challenges promptly
• Exhibit organisational skills to manage schedules and administrative duties efficiently

Other Information

• Pay: $2,500.00 to $4,100.00 (SGD) per month, negotiable
• Driving Allowances: Mon–Fri ($30 half-day / $60 full-day), Sat–Sun ($50 half-day / $100 full-day)
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Work Location: In person
