MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive customer service by providing accessible and responsive information tailored to client needs
• Achieve sales targets by persistently overcoming challenges and adapting strategies to market fluctuations
• Demonstrate products and services with customized presentations aligned to client requirements and management directives
• Coordinate and manage customer appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications to maintain engagement
• Conduct in-depth product research and disseminate insights to team members to enhance collective expertise
• Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new market segments by analyzing customer profiles and needs
• Formulate and execute customer retention plans utilizing warranties or guarantees to increase loyalty
• Analyze target markets and competitors to craft strategic engagement plans that improve market positioning
• Train sales team members by sharing best practices in sales techniques and product knowledge to boost performance
• Manage time effectively to ensure team sales quotas are met within established deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear client and team interactions
• Proficiency in mathematics and understanding of basic financial principles to support sales analysis
• Deep product knowledge combined with a creative approach to sales and marketing for effective client engagement
• Demonstrated experience in a similar sales role to ensure capability in core responsibilities
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, to support administrative tasks
• Ability to analyze target markets and conduct competitive research to inform sales strategies
• Persistent and flexible approach to challenges to maintain performance under changing conditions
