This position can be full-time, contract or flexi-time.

Degree /Post Grad Dip in Social Work, Nursing, Counselling, Gerontology, Psychology or related disciplines

Preferably 2 years of relevant experience as a healthcare/community care worker, volunteer, or family caregiver.

English and one other spoken language/dialect

Skills to mentor, coach, and manage volunteers are advantageous

Excellent communication and coordinating skills

Organised, flexible, and creative

Self-driven and a team player

Find fulfillment in building and service to others

Accept working on some weekday nights and weekends

Conduct home visits to support caregivers and patients with advanced illnesses

Liaise with health and social care partners

Lead volunteer teams to deliver care

Mobilise resources to support family caregivers and their care recipients

Support volunteer development and community partnership
