Volunteer Management Executive

Your responsibilities include

- implementing strategies to recruit, train and engage volunteers effectively

- managing the entire volunteer life cycle from recruitment, induction, support, recognition and retention

- creating fraemwork and programmes that support a positive volunteering experience and inspire ongoing commitment

- building and maintaining strong, trust relationships with volunteers and partnership with volunteer groups to align their activities with the organization's goals

- collaborating with internal staff to support the contribution volunteers make

- organizing training, support and communication platforms for volunteers

- administrative tasks such as scheduling, data management, and reporting related to volunteers and partnerships

- ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices in volunteer management and partnership engagement
