HR Specialist | 1-Year Direct Contract | Up to $3,550

Looking to kickstart your HR career with hands-on exposure to HR operations and a large-scale HR transformation project? This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR systems, project coordination, and end-to-end HR processes.

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.45pm

Salary: Fixed Salary of $3,550/month

Duration: 1-Year Direct Contract

What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities

• Assist with performance appraisal, leave administration, benefits, and headcount management

• Process HR-related payments and maintain HR records

• Support HR system implementation, data preparation, validation, and migration

• Assist in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities

• Prepare project documentation, user guides, and issue tracking logs

• Coordinate project meetings, training sessions, and communications

• Support HR process improvement initiatives and special projects
