Customer Service Executive (Sales Support)

• Salary Range: $2,400 - $2,900
• Working Days: 5 days, Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Location: West (Toh Guan)

Responsibilities

Sales Support & Administrative Functions

• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer confirmation, and process sales orders.
• Coordinate work orders with relevant departments and maintain proper sales documentation.
• Prepare sales performance reports and monthly quotation summary reports.
• Prepare service agreements and support contract-related documentation.
• Handle vendor approval forms and customer digital portal setup when required.
• Maintain proper filing and document records.

Customer Service & Account Support

• Build and maintain good relationships with assigned customers.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and provide service support.
• Support customer visits and participate in customer engagement activities.
• Assist in maintenance contract follow-ups and renewal coordination.

Credit Control

• Follow up with customers on payment status and outstanding balances.

Sales & Business Support

• Gather market information, including competitor and industry updates.
• Support marketing and business development activities as assigned.
• Assist sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies, Office Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or customer service role.
• Experience in industrial products, building industry, or service-related industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
