Manager, Communications & Stakeholder Engagement (Healthcare) #HHL

Up to $7,500/month

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated communications plans and campaigns across internal, external, digital and social platforms

• Create content including speeches, presentations, newsletters, publicity materials and thought-leadership pieces

• Maintain consistent branding and promote awareness of the home-first care model

• Support leadership messaging, media opportunities and speaking engagements

• Lead stakeholder communications involving healthcare referrers, community providers and institutional partners

• Coordinate forums, events and engagement initiatives

• Develop patient-facing materials and stories showcasing programme impact

• Support communications planning for Organisation and future expansion

• Manage projects, vendors, timelines and campaign performance reporting

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline

• Min. 5 years of relevant communications, branding, engagement or partnership experience

• Strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills

• Able to develop strategy while remaining hands-on with execution

• Digitally savvy and familiar with social media and content platforms

• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous

• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory
