Finance Planning & Analysis Executive

Our client is a private education institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance Planning & Analysis Executive to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate calculation, verification, and timely disbursement of commissions.
• Prepare monthly and annual FPSG reports.
• Perform annual FPSG reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support timely month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare month-end closing schedules, revenue calculations, and accounting entries.
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries in Navision.
• Analyze revenue performance and prepare variance and management reports.
• Compile and provide financial data and insights for board reporting and presentations.
• Consolidate and review annual budgets across the group.
• Support external and internal audits by preparing reports and responding to audit queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent

• Min 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A
• Full set of accounts experience are preferred
