Contract type: Full time

Act as the main contact for service support, spare parts, upgrades, and maintenance matters.
Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting, commissioning, installation, and technical support.
Prepare service reports and support quotation follow-ups.
Service equipment ranging from R&D/lab-scale systems to industrial production units.
Support customers across industries including Chemical, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Energy.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
Experience in field service, maintenance, industrial machinery, automation, or rotating equipment preferred.
Able to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.
Hands-on, independent, and willing to travel
