Employment: Permanent

Salary: Up to $4,000/month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8.00am – 5.18pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage goods receiving, inspection, and inventory transactions

• Process material issuance and maintain accurate inventory records

• Support procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure stock availability

• Liaise with suppliers and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries

• Coordinate local and overseas shipments with logistics partners

• Prepare shipping documents including delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists

• Conduct stock counts and support inventory audits

• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure compliance with operational procedures

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and daily logistics operations
