What You'll Do

• Reach out to invited guests via phone and email to confirm attendance.
• Build relationships with business leaders, sponsors, and event attendees.
• Manage guest lists and ensure a great experience for all participants.
• Coordinate event logistics and support on-site event execution.
• Work closely with internal teams and sponsors to ensure events run smoothly.
• Track attendance, maintain records, and provide regular updates.
