Junior / Senior Sales Consultant (Luxury Retail)

Our client is a leading international luxury retail brand seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and build lasting customer relationships. Working Hours

• 5-day work week (44 hours/week)
• Rotating retail shifts
• Required to work weekends and Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote loyalty programmes.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and brand collections.
• Use digital retail tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Support daily store operations and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in fashion, luxury, jewellery, beauty, or premium retail is preferred.
• Passionate about customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable using retail technology and digital tools.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
