Food & Beverage Supervisor

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in upscale restaurant
• Able to work shift work including weekends and public holidays.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
• Supervise daily restaurant and outlet operations to ensure smooth service
• Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and personalized service
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
• A willingness to learn and go the extra mile
