PROJECT MANAGER

Attachment Description

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within scope, and within budget. S/he lead teams, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth workflow from start to finish. The role includes monitoring progress, managing risks, and handling budgets and costs. S/he also communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and deliver successful project outcomes.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

2. Plan and manage overall project execution from start to finish.

3. Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve objectives.

4. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. 5.Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

6. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

7. Identify and manage risks, issues, and project changes.

8. Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.

9. Track costs and support overall project profitability.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies and contract requirements.
