Job Summary

Lee Huat Seafood Pte Ltd seeks an Admin Executive to efficiently manage customer orders, invoicing, and frontline customer service, supporting smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare accurate delivery orders and quotations to ensure timely fulfillment
• Manage invoicing and maintain account documentation to support financial accuracy
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and correspondence to maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on payments and account matters to ensure timely collections and account reconciliation
• Address customer feedback and requests to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
• Support additional administrative and sales coordination tasks to facilitate operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in administration, sales coordination, or customer service to support role effectiveness
• Comfortable handling invoicing and basic bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office to perform daily administrative and documentation tasks

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 8am–3pm (incl. 1hr lunch)
