Digital Sales Engineer (HVAC / IoT Solutions) | East

Our client is a leading European multinational specialising in HVAC solutions and energy-efficient technologies. They are seeking a Digital Sales Engineer to support the growth of their digitalisation business across Singapore and Southeast Asia by delivering innovative HVAC and IoT-based energy optimisation solutions.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Frequent travel to customer sites across Singapore is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales opportunities for digital HVAC and energy optimisation solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC and IoT-based solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals and system configurations aligned with customer needs and local regulations.
• Conduct energy assessments and demonstrate energy-saving benefits through digital platforms.
• Deliver product presentations, technical consultations, and solution demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, M&E engineers, OEMs, contractors, and facility owners.
• Support system commissioning, customer onboarding, and technical training.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle and after implementation.
• Work closely with regional teams to support digital solution deployment across Southeast Asia.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, ACMV, energy efficiency, or related industries.
• Experience with IoT or digital building solutions is required.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA regulations and relevant engineering standards.
• Experience working with consultants, OEMs, M&E contractors, or facility management companies is an advantage.
• Strong technical presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel frequently to customer sites.
