Accounts & Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to facilitate strategic business planning and decision-making.
• Present financial reports, business insights, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities on audit, tax, GST, corporate income tax, and compliance matters.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements through digitalisation and automation initiatives.
• Supervise, guide, and develop finance team members to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial initiatives.
• Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, Corporate Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and presentations.
