Duties & responsibilities

  • Notifying warehouse/ stores on all orders and incoming shipments with SAP information
  • Generate SAP details from Pre-alert shipment from HQ and ensuring stocks are received in time in the warehouse
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments via tracking/HAWB number and sharing details with relevant parties
  • Generate shipping invoices for transfers with a turnaround time of 24hrs for the region
  • Compiling logistics billing invoices into summary with supporting documents to request approval for payment.
  • Able to commit to a regular schedule of 3 days per week
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel
  • Good working attitude with a can-do mindset
  • Detailed and accurate in numbers
  • Fast learner and willing to learn
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment
