Responsibilities

You will join the People Resourcing Centre and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to support hiring for open roles.

• Identify and utilize recruitment channels, social media and other creative tools to source candidates and build a sustainable manpower pipeline
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Perform end to end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Create positive candidate experience for every candidate
• Partner government agencies/external parties for hiring initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree
• Min 2 years end to end recruitment experience preferred
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people
