Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and verify new hire documentation
• Administer employee leave and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support monthly payroll by preparing, validating, and submitting payroll data to the external payroll vendor
• Coordinate employee offboarding and exit clearance
• Process work pass applications and renewals
• Prepare HR letters and employment-related documentation
• Generate HR reports and support ad hoc data requests
• Coordinate statutory surveys and government submissions
• Conduct employment verification and reference checks
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
