Golang Developer (Minimum 3 years)

We're partnering with a Top 10 global cryptocurrency exchange to hire an experienced Senior Backend Engineer (Golang) for its Singapore engineering team.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale distributed systems that power a global trading platform, solving complex engineering challenges involving high concurrency, low latency, and massive real-time data processing. Candidates from large-scale Internet, fintech, payment, or enterprise technology companies are highly encouraged to apply — Web3 experience is not required.

What You'll Be Working On

• Design, develop, and optimise high-performance backend services using Golang
• Build scalable distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput, low-latency workloads
• Develop internal platforms and tools supporting Risk Control, Anti-Fraud, AML, Compliance, and Operations
• Design reliable data processing pipelines and backend automation systems
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, security, and risk teams to deliver robust backend solutions
• Continuously improve system performance, stability, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements

• At least 3 years work experience in Golang backend development
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, networking, and system design
• Experience building scalable backend services in production environments
• Familiar with databases, caching, message queues, and microservice architecture
• Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
