Food Technologist

Duties:

• Conduct product application testing, formulation development, and product evaluations using sensory and analytical assessment methods.
• Provide technical support by investigating product performance issues and carrying out product trials with customers as required.
• Develop and optimize product formulations in line with customer requirements, market trends, and business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver suitable solutions.
• Support customer engagement through technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
• Document project activities, test procedures, results, and technical observations, ensuring accurate and organized project records.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Research & Development or Product Development within the food manufacturing, food ingredients, or related industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
