BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER

• Lead and manage business consulting projects from planning through implementation.

• Provide strategic business consultancy and operational guidance to clients across different industries.

• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.

• Advise clients on business strategy, regulatory compliance, operational improvements, and business process optimization.

• Support clients in expanding into new markets by identifying business opportunities and recommending growth strategies.

• Coordinate with government agencies, business partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial partners and industry stakeholders to support clients' business objectives.

• Prepare business reports, presentations, proposals, and recommendations for clients and senior management.

• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation plans.

• Ensure all consulting projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest professional standards.

• Minimum Master's Degree in Business Administration from a reputable university.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in business consulting, project management, management consulting, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience managing consulting projects and working directly with business clients.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of business strategy, project management, and organizational development.

• Experience in regulatory compliance, business planning, or market expansion is an advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
