Solutions Architect – Enterprise Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

We're looking for a customer-focused Solutions Architect to partner with Sales and Channel teams in delivering best-in-class infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions. You'll play a key role in solution design, technical consulting, partner enablement, and driving business growth across enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to design and position enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide end-to-end pre-sales support including solution design, technical presentations, product demonstrations, solution sizing, BOM preparation, and proposal responses.
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support technical evaluations for customers and partners.
• Work closely with channel partners, system integrators, and vendors to recommend the most suitable technology solutions.
• Deliver technical workshops, product training, and enablement sessions to strengthen partner capabilities.
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends, product updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth and achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting within enterprise IT or technology distribution.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or data centre technologies.
• Experience supporting channel partners, resellers, or system integrators is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Fortinet, VMware, Microsoft, or other vendor certifications are advantageous.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
