EV Marketing Manager

The EV Marketing Manager will play an integral part toward achieving our ambition:

• Develop leading edge strategies to deliver both Commercial and Brand objectives for Singapore
• Drive and develop brand recall, association, and usage
• Work closely with other Sales, Marketing, Operations and Engineering functions, as well as external partners to implement initiatives which defend and grow EV market share
• Manage and evaluate the end-to-end EV pricing strategy
• Develop and execute successful implementation of EV strategies and campaigns, in order to develop profitable growth in Singapore
• Adopt and refine EV pricing strategies
• Develop brand awareness, association and preference for Brand that is differentiated in order to grow brand preference and overall market share.
• Drive acquisition and EV preference via key partnerships

Requirements

• High capacity and energy to synthesis information in a developing market landscape and identify marketing value levers creatively and profitably, in a growing energy category
• Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates energy to chart new paths in category development
• Knowledge and experience in Marketing, Product Management space or similar Customer Value Propositions will be an advantage.
• Able to leverage customer insights and data to drive competitive advantages for the business.
• Experienced in identifying and leveraging on different marketing channels to effectively reach out to the relevant target audiences.
• Ability to use commercial acumen to qualify potential opportunities that drive incremental value to the business.
• Proven track record of being focused on delivering business objectives and KPIs.
• Proven ability in managing projects/initiatives that span across cross-functional teams.
