Retail Sales Associates (Swiss Timepieces/Orchard)

• Reporting to General Manager
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with VIPs and luxury collectors.
• Advising customers on horology, technical specifications, and the craftsmanship of the Swiss Watch brands
• Ensuring high retail standards, handling transactions, and managing inventory. Maintain boutique cleanliness
• After-Sales Support - Assisting with watch servicing, warranties, and repairs
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Keen interest in luxury retail career. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with no prior luxury sales experiences but passionate in the luxury timepiece industry
• Strong communicator, good team player and excellent client-management skills
• Office location: Orchard | Working hours: 5 days’ work week inclusive of weekends on rotation basis; 10am to 8pm
• Salary package: Monthly basic + AWS + Performance bonus.
