*Job Scope*

* Conduct building inspections and coordinate repair and maintenance works for *M&E systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment*.

* Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety standards.

* Supervise external contractors and vendors for maintenance, pest control, and waste disposal services.

* Maintain *CCTV, AV systems, security systems, and fire safety equipment*.

* Manage asset tagging, equipment records, inventory tracking, and stock-taking activities.

* Raise purchase requisitions and ensure sufficient supplies for operations.

* Recommend improvements to enhance facility efficiency and service quality.

*Requirements*

* Minimum *1–2 years of supervisory or facilities management experience*.
