Perform pre-migration checks and testing to ensure service readiness, including
Test matrix execution
Inbound/outbound call scenarios
Confirmation that subscriber data is fully synchronized prior migration
Identification and rectification of anomalies that may impact the migration process

Carry out migration activities in accordance with the approved cutover schedule
Execution of approved migration scripts for provisioning, rollback
Real-time monitoring of migration status and KPIs
Immediate troubleshooting and escalation of any errors, mismatches, or failed migration entries
Coordination with Customer and Huawei teams to validate progress and address exceptions
Documentation of all actions performed during the migration window
