Service Sales Coordinator [up to $5,000 | Henderson]

Responsibilities

• Prepare service quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown calls, and service requests.
• Monitor service job progress and follow up to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate service records, databases, and documentation.
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, vendors, and principals on service-related matters.
• Support spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and warranty administration.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and service documentation.
• Leverage SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems to support service operations and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or business operations.
• Experience in the scientific, laboratory equipment, medical devices, or consumables industry is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong administrative, documentation, and record-management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
