Paralegal [up to $4,500 | Central]

Responsibilities

• Review and support commercial contracts and legal matters for Singapore and the Philippine subsidiary.
• Assist in compliance initiatives, including policy development, implementation, and training material preparation.
• Support corporate governance activities, including the preparation of materials for director training programs.
• Coordinate corporate secretarial matters, liaising with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments in Singapore and the Philippines and translate changes into relevant policies, updates, or training materials.
• Prepare compliance and governance documentation to support business operations and regulatory obligations.
• Provide legal and administrative support for additional departmental projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Prior experience as Legal Intern are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and/or cross-border legal support.
• Good understanding of compliance laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting corporate secretarial and governance-related activities.
• Ability to prepare policies, compliance documentation, and training materials.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
