About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Education Planning Consultant to provide professional education advisory services to families considering educational pathways in Singapore. This role focuses on understanding each family's objectives and providing tailored guidance on suitable education options based on individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with families to understand their education objectives, assess their needs, and recommend suitable education pathways.

• Advise families on appropriate education options based on factors such as the student's academic background, language proficiency, educational goals, and other relevant considerations.

• Guide clients on Singapore's education landscape, including government schools, international schools, private education institutions, O-Level and A-Level pathways, polytechnics, universities, and related admission processes.

• Explain admission requirements, application timelines, estimated costs, and relevant considerations to support informed decision-making.

• Manage enquiries received through company marketing channels, referrals, and business partners, while maintaining accurate consultation records and client updates.

• Gather client feedback, common enquiries, and market insights to support continuous improvement of services and educational content.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of consultation processes, service materials, documentation, and operational procedures.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience throughout the education planning and school application journey.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in education consulting, international education, student advisory services, or a related field.

• Good understanding of Singapore's education system and education pathways for local and international students.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct client consultations, assess individual needs, and recommend suitable education solutions.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Experience in developing or improving consultation processes, documentation, or service standards is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one or more of the following will have an advantage:

• Experience within Singapore's education sector.

• Familiarity with admission processes for government, international, or private education institutions.

• Experience in consultative sales or managing complex client engagements.
