Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize daily trucking routes and vehicle deployment.
• Supervise the transportation of ISO tanks, loose cargo, and general freight within Singapore.
• Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and operational costs.
• Lead and manage transport planners, drivers, and logistics coordinators to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore transport regulations, workplace safety standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate closely with customers, warehouse teams, and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and delivery exceptions promptly and professionally.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, fleet productivity, fuel consumption, and transportation costs.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.eries, fleet utilization, and ensuring efficient and safe delivery of goods across Singapore.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in transport and logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong experience managing local trucking operations, including ISO tank transportation, loose cargo, and general cargo deliveries.
• Good knowledge of Singapore road transport regulations, LTA requirements, and workplace safety practices.
• Proven experience in route planning, fleet management, and driver supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport management systems (TMS) or logistics software.
